From worn out
to working
- STEP 1 OF 5
Strip
The engine comes out and comes apart. Every part is cleaned and laid out.
- STEP 2 OF 5
Inspect
Block, head, crank and bearings are checked and measured, so you know what is worn and what is not.
- STEP 3 OF 5
Machine
Parts that can be saved are machined back to size. Parts that cannot are replaced.
- STEP 4 OF 5
Rebuild
It goes back together with new seals, gaskets and bearings.

Test
It is checked before it leaves, so it goes back in your truck ready to work.

John rebuilds, reconditions and repairs diesel engines for haulage firms, farms and plant owners from North Yorkshire, across the north of England and into Scotland.
When the engine fails, you want one person who can look at it, tell you straight what it needs, and get the machine back to work.
